Terms of service

These terms set out the basis on which RGV 4x4 offers this website and its accessory services. Read them before you use the site or hire us for work. If you do not accept them, the right step is to…

Using this website

The content here is general information. It describes the accessories we fit and gives typical cost ranges, but it is neither a quote nor a promise that a given truck will cost a given amount. Prices move with year and trim, and the only binding figure is the written estimate we prepare for your vehicle.

  • Content is general information, not a quote
  • Costs appear as ranges, not fixed prices
  • Your written estimate is the binding figure

Estimates, approval and work

We prepare a written estimate once your vehicle and the part are confirmed. Work starts only after you approve it. If we uncover something the estimate did not cover, a damaged rail or a sensor that changes the bracket, we tell you before going ahead and get your approval for any added cost rather than slipping it on later.

Paying for the work

Your estimate carries the payment terms, and they are fixed when the fitting is booked. A booked hour still leans on parts and on the shop, so should a slot have to move we reach you the moment we know, rather than leave you waiting on a truck we cannot begin.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind the workmanship on the fittings we perform and pass through any manufacturer coverage on the parts we supply. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect losses. Our responsibility is limited to what applicable law sets, and nothing here trims any right you hold that cannot be waived.

Scheduling and delays

The shop runs on parts and on the job ahead of yours, so an appointment is a target rather than a guarantee. If a part slips or a job runs long, we say so the moment we know and offer the next open slot. Keeping you informed beats having you arrive to a truck we cannot start.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms to keep pace with how we work or with the law. Whatever version stands on this page governs your use of the site, and a meaningful change will be spelled out here rather than hidden.
