What helps most in the message

The fuller the first message, the tighter the first range. A couple of lines will get us moving, but these details let us confirm the fit on the very first reply.

After the message lands

A person, not a bot, reads it and writes back, usually inside one working day. A simple fitment gets a range and a fitting window. When the answer depends on the truck itself, we set a short visit to check the mount points and the hardware first. Nothing is ordered until you sign off on a written estimate.

Booking and shop time

Cover and lighting work usually fits one visit. A shell or a wired light bar books a day or two behind the parts arriving. If the truck is mid-repair or unsafe on the road, say so and it goes to the front of the line. You will always know the scope and the expected time before you commit.

Warranty and the return visit

Our fittings carry a workmanship guarantee and the parts keep their manufacturer coverage. Where it applies, we ask for the truck back after the first few hundred miles so the rail clamps and the wiring can be re-checked. That visit is part of the job rather than an add-on, and it is how a shell stays sealed through Valley summers.
